Biography
Prof. Dr. Hakan Karataş completed his higher education in the Department of English Language Teaching at Istanbul University. A professional path that began in teaching continued at Yıldız Technical University as a lecturer, centre director and board member.
He was appointed Deputy Head of the Presidency of Defence Industries by the Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette of 26 June 2023.
